Visual Identity Update

Hello, I’m Alex, I am one of the founders at inploi. I wanted to take a moment to share some thoughts about the recent updates to our visual identity. On the surface, this may look like a few adjustments — some refined vector angles, fresh HEX codes, a new typeface. Small changes, perhaps, but they reflect something much bigger.

These updates matter. Visual identity stands for much more than a company's design guidelines. If done right, it captures not only how we want to be perceived by the world but also how we see ourselves internally — by our team, customers, and investors.

For many companies, culture is set by founders, pasted on a wall, and maybe printed on a T-shirt for good measure. But a real culture is lived out every day, in every interaction. I’ve watched inploi grow and evolve with each new face, and with time, our identity has become something I’m very proud of. This visual refresh represents our maturing as a company, shaped by conversations with colleagues, interviews with customers, and principles we hold as founders.

Care Deeply

Crafting this identity involved careful attention to detail — our product team put thought into the rounding of every curve, creating a look that’s soft and approachable, avoiding what is called the bone effect. Someone smarter than me once said, "Good products are built by people who give a sh*t." And I believe it’s the same with companies. The best people care deeply about the problem they’re solving, about every piece of their work, whether it's a pitch deck, a line of code, or a conversation with a customer.

Of course, it can’t all be perfect, and if you try to make it so you are either going to burn out or not to move fast enough (or both), but it is very important to me that our team is intentional and cares about making everything as good as possible under the circumstances.

Build for Trust

Our new icon has a solid, grounded look, symbolising our commitment to building for trust  — something that came up in every single customer interview we did. For us, trust means humility, openness and prioritising the success of our customers over everything else.

Building for trust means we are always focused on transparency and integrity in everything we do. It's easy for tech companies to lose sight of this in pursuit of growth, but at inploi, we believe trust is earned one interaction at a time. Whether it's ensuring data security, communicating openly, or delivering on our promises, we want every touchpoint to reflect our commitment to doing right by our clients. We know that when customers place their trust in us, they're not just choosing a product - they're choosing a partner invested in their success.

LEGO for Hiring

The future of the internet is modular, and so is inploi. Our platform is like LEGO blocks, built to be flexible to meet each customer’s unique needs. Too many SaaS companies trap customers in rigid contracts for features they don’t need. At inploi, we pride ourselves on being adaptable by design, working closely with customers to deliver bespoke solutions rather than piling on unnecessary complexity.

We’re at a fascinating juncture in tech, with advances in AI and new frontiers opening every day. But, ironically, the best ideas we’ve developed have come directly from customer conversations. Customer-centric isn’t a tagline here — it’s the essence of how we operate.

I hope this resonates with our team, customers, and partners. If you’re someone who cares about crafting excellent product experiences, who believes in building trust, and who wants to apply cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems, then maybe inploi is the right place for you. Feel free to reach out if this sounds like you.
