At inploi, we believe AI can radically improve how people find and access work, but only if it’s built with care, tested rigorously, and trusted by everyone involved.
That’s why we’re proud to share that our AI-powered Application Scoring feature has been independently audited by Warden, the leading platform for AI assurance in hiring. The result? A fully green report card: no measurable bias across gender, race, or religion.
And it doesn’t stop there: Warden audits will now run monthly, with live results published on the AI Assurance Dashboard.
Why we did it
As AI adoption accelerates, scrutiny is rising, and that’s a good thing.
Talent leaders are asking the right questions:
How do we know these tools are fair?
What happens if we get it wrong?
Who’s accountable?
Our enterprise and public sector clients sit at a crossroads. They’re excited about what AI can do, but wary of reputational and regulatory risk. That tension is healthy. Because in hiring, good intentions aren’t enough. You need proof.
With Warden, we’re providing just that.
What the audit tested
Warden’s method is rigorous and hiring-specific. They used a combination of thousands of real CVs (collected with consent for auditing purposes) and synthetic CVs.The real CVs came from actual candidates, while the synthetic ones were generated to be identical in skills, education, and experience but varied in protected characteristics like gender, race, name, and religion.
The goal: see whether inploi’s scoring model treats equivalent candidates differently based on attributes that shouldn’t matter.
It didn’t.
This doesn’t mean our system is flawless - no AI application ever is. But it shows we’ve taken real steps to de-risk adoption, reduce bias, and build trust into the product itself.
“Customers are rightly cautious when it comes to AI. They see the upside, but they’re nervous about bias and what it means for their brand. This audit gives them confidence that we’ve built something trustworthy, and that we’re willing to prove it.”
- Nicolas Escudero, Product Manager at inploi

What this means for our customers
For TA leaders and procurement teams navigating frameworks like NYC Local Law 144 or the upcoming EU AI Act, Warden assurance simplifies the process.
✅ Faster procurement: the audit answers compliance questions up front
✅ Less internal friction: it clears legal and risk review faster
✅ Higher confidence: you're buying with eyes open, not blind faith
One customer put it best:
“This is the first time a TA tech vendor has come to us with live AI assurance. It’s a shortcut through what would’ve been six months of risk assessment.”
Responsible AI, by design
We’ve always said that candidate experience is built on trust. And trust doesn’t come from slogans, it comes from decisions.
We didn’t have to pursue external auditing. But we chose to. Because that’s what responsible AI looks like.
We’ll continue to run Warden audits monthly, so clients and candidates can see how our tools behave in the real world, not just in a sales deck.
