Center Parcs, one of the UK’s most loved short break holiday park operators, has partnered with inploi to reimagine its candidate experience and streamline recruitment with modern technology.
With over 10,000 employees servicing 2.3 million guests annually across six picturesque locations, Center Parcs is known for its warm, welcoming guest experience. With inploi, it will bring the same clarity and care to the way it hires.
The new mobile-first careers site, powered by inploi, is designed to reflect the strength of the Center Parcs brand while delivering a seamless, user-friendly experience for job seekers.
Built with strict design-centric principles and with accessibility in mind, the site makes it easier than ever for candidates to explore opportunities and take the next step in their career journey.
“We’ve opened a new door and we’re inviting you in,” said Simon Gibson, Talent Director at Center Parcs. “We believe in building a workplace where everyone can belong, grow, and thrive, and that starts with how we present ourselves to future talent.
Our new careers site is fresh, intuitive, and built with real people in mind. It’s a key step in rethinking how we hire: removing barriers, opening doors, and focusing on potential over perfection.”
Alongside the visual overhaul, Center Parcs is deploying inploi’s chatbot to make the application journey more intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly for candidates.
By helping applicants find the right roles faster and submit stronger applications, the chatbot improves engagement and conversion, ultimately allowing hiring managers to spend more time with the right candidates. Most importantly, inploi delivered all of this by integrating seamlessly with Center Parcs’ new ATS, Dayforce, unlocking new capabilities while preserving existing workflows.
The partnership marks an exciting step forward in modernising Center Parcs’ approach to hiring, blending brand alignment with digital transformation. At inploi, we’re proud to support the team on this journey and can’t wait to see what’s next.
